Maranda Bower is the CEO and Founder of Postpartum University®; providing both mothers and the professionals who serve them practical tools and support systems that will change the way the world approaches postpartum healthcare and beyond.

As a Postpartum Nutrition Specialist, she’s spoken at women’s health and midwifery conferences and university classrooms across the country. She’s been featured on Boss-Moms, Byrdie, NBC,, and more. She’s the author of four books, creator of the Postpartum Nutrition Certification Program, and she’s worked with thousands of people, awakening them into the joyful and fulfilling Sacred Window that is in the years of postpartum.

She lives on her beautiful homestead in Alaska with her husband and 4 children.
